SHEROES Launch Sept. 24th

Alternate text

Dear Friend of Eswatini:

We are inviting you to an inspiring evening - the launch of a new program, Swazi SHEROES, on September 24th from 6-8pm ET via Zoom Broadcast.

Together, we’ll view the story of Liyana told through the narrative of five children in the Kingdom of Eswatini whose lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS. The film inspires a message of perseverance, empowerment, and hope.  The genre defying documentary will be followed by a powerful discussion on Swazi SHEROES and its mission to fight HIV/AIDS in Eswatini through women’s economic empowerment and our journey from vision to launch.

Learn how YOU can become a SHERO! Join us on Thursday, September 24th, 6-8pm ET.

  • Please RSVP here to receive the zoom link and join us at this incredible event! All are welcome.
  • The event is free to attend but registration is requested. The film will run from 6:15-7:30 PM with an interactive panel discussion to follow including Swazi SHEROES Co-founder, Steve Driehaus, Liyana Storyeller, Nomcebo Tsabedze, Professor Lizzie Ngwenya-Scoburgh, and moderated by Toyia Montgomery.
